Select A Pickup Location

The first thing that you will do when you signup for East Coast Ship-to-School is select a pickup location.

We offer group pickup locations in each major area, or, for an extra $50, you can enjoy the convenience of having all of your items picked up right from your home.

Unfortunately for the Chicago area, we don't offer any group pickup locations, but home pickups are just $35.

Select A Delivery Location

Next you will select the delivery location. We offer both on and off campus delivery.

If you are a freshman and have not yet received your housing assignment, please select "Freshman - Unknown" as your building, and put xxx in the room number field.

You will be able to fill-in this information on our website once you know it.

Select A Delivery Time

After you have selected a delivery location, you will be able to choose a delivery date and time. We offer delivery all the way through to the end of move-in week. For those students, such as Orientation Advisors, who must move in early, we offer early delivery. You will select a two hour time slot on the date of your choosing, and we will deliver your items right to your dorm room during that time.

  • You will be contacted 48 hours prior to your pickup date to let you know exactly what time we will be arriving to pick up your items.
  • You don't need to tell us how much you're shipping. We'll invoice you at pickup, so bring as much or as little as you'd like.

  • To order the service you need to create an account at Then just click East-Coast Ship to School.
  • Accounts should be made in the name of the student, not the parent. The account is good for 4 years of school.

Nationwide Ship-to-School

If you do not live on the East Coast, you can send us your packages using UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier and we will receive them in St. Louis and deliver them straight to your dorm room at Wash U.
Just sign up for our Nationwide Ship-to-School service.

You can even have online orders, such as bedding and dorm room necessities from Bed Bath and Beyond, or computers, TV's, printers, or other dorm room electronics from Best Buy, shipped directly to UTrucking, and we will deliver the items right to your door during move-in.

Please ship all items to the address below arriving no earlier than August 1st, but at least 5 days in advance of your delivery date:
